1. Melting Furnace For Melting Aluminum Introduce
-- The crucible furnace uses high-quality resistance bands as heating elements.

alloy preparation, uniform organization, temperature adjustment and other processes
(1) The high quality (accurate temperature, uniform composition, etc.) aluminum liquid required for high-quality

(2) The temperature control of molten aluminum is reliable and the precision is high. Equipped with an intelligent
temperature control instrument and a special thermocouple for measuring the temperature of the molten aluminum,
the advanced analog PID control technology is used to achieve direct and high-precision automatic control of the
molten aluminum temperature, with a temperature control accuracy of ±5°C
(3) The temperature of the aluminum melt is uniform, and there is no local high temperature. The electric heating
element is isolated from the molten aluminum and is evenly arranged around the crucible. The temperature of the
molten aluminum along the height of the crucible is relatively uniform, realizing uniform heating of the entire molten
aluminum and ensuring the uniform composition of the molten aluminum.
