Aluminum Degassing Furnace Side Wall Rotary Flux Injector

The Furnace Side Wall Rotary Flux Injector operates through small furnace wall openings, minimizing thermal loss during degassing and fluxing processes. Its sealed design ensures refining gas (nitrogen or argon) fills the space above molten aluminum, preventing oxidation.

Equipment Introduction

This system features a motor-driven graphite rotor immersed in molten aluminum. High-purity nitrogen or argon is introduced through the rotor, which breaks the inert gas into fine bubbles. These bubbles disperse evenly through the molten aluminum, allowing hydrogen to diffuse into them and rise to the surface, effectively reducing hydrogen content.
