1. EQUIPMENT APPLICATION

 

This equipment is mainly used for heat preservation of molten aluminum in the process of metal die-casting, casting, uniform organization, and temperature adjustment. The molten bath is made of aluminum alloy special refractory cast as a whole, which is resistant to aluminum liquid erosion and penetration, and does not stick to slag. This furnace uses silicon carbide rods as heating elements. The silicon carbide rods are suspended above the molten bath to directly radiate and heat the molten aluminum. The heating speed is fast, the efficiency is high, and the power consumption is small; after the silicon carbide rods are damaged, they can be heated in a hot state. easy to replace.

 

2. EQUIPMENT FEATURES

 

1 Uninterrupted production. The molten aluminum can be continuously added and taken out to ensure uninterrupted die-casting production.

2 The furnace cover is easy to clean and maintain. The furnace cover is equipped with a cylinder to rotate and lift, which is convenient for cleaning the molten pool, removing slag, and maintaining the furnace cover and electric heating elements.

3 No crucible spare parts. Non-metallic molten bath, no crucible spare parts, low cost of use and maintenance.

4 The molten aluminum does not increase iron. Non-metallic molten bath, no iron growth and other pollution in molten aluminum.

5 Long service life. The molten bath is cast with low-cement castable for aluminum alloy, which is resistant to aluminum liquid erosion and has a service life of more than three years.

6 Good thermal insulation performance. The furnace lining insulation is made of high-quality thermal insulation materials such as silicon calcium board and nano-board, with good thermal insulation performance, and the temperature rise of the furnace shell surface is less than 60 °C.

7 High temperature control accuracy. Equipped with intelligent temperature control instrument and aluminum liquid temperature measuring thermocouple, it can realize double-loop control of aluminum liquid and furnace temperature, and the temperature control accuracy can reach ±2℃.

8 Fault alarm. The control system has various alarm functions such as molten aluminum over-temperature alarm, furnace over-temperature alarm, and thermocouple disconnection alarm.

9 Adopt high current industrial plug. The use of this plug is fast, safe and reliable, and it is convenient to replace the furnace cover.

 

3. STRUCTURE AND COMPOSITION

 

According to the relative position of the aluminum opening and the aluminum outlet, the Electric Heating Bath Type Aluminum Holding Furnace are as follows: parallel arrangement on one side; in-line arrangement on one line; vertical arrangement with different sides at 90°.
