Usage

The transfer ladle preheating device is also called a preheater. It is mainly used to quickly and uniformly increase the temperature of the molten alumnium ladle lining to reduce heat loss during molten alumnium pouring and prolong the service life of the molten alumnium ladle lining. Heating energy source can be gas or electricity.

Gas Heating Molten Aluminum Transfer Ladle Preheating Equipment uses natural gas as fuel and is mainly used for rapid heating of ladle in the process of transferring molten aluminum. It can also be used to heat new ladle and cold repair ladle. Equipment Advantage

◇The preheating device adopts natural gas burner, with high flame ejection speed, long flame, good rigidity, direct injection to the bottom of the ladle, uniform heating temperature of the ladle lining, and fast heating speed.

◇The equipment is safe and reliable. Set up a variety of emergency stop controls to ensure that the system can be stopped and alarmed in any fault state, effectively ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment.

◇The setting of heating control has two modes, which can be adjusted freely according to the requirements of on-site use. Mode 1: The heating time can be preset within the range of 0-60min, and the heating will be automatically stopped when the preset time is reached, and the sound and light will prompt. Mode 2: Do not limit the heating time, stop heating manually. It can automatically detect flameout and alarm, and cut off the fuel supply.

◇The heating speed is fast and the temperature in the ladle is even. The heating rate can be adjusted from 0-20℃/min to ensure that the ladle can rise from room temperature to the normal operating temperature of about 550℃ within 30 minutes. The heating flame of the ladle can cover the entire cavity of the ladle to ensure that the maximum temperature difference at each point in the ladle is ≤50℃.

◇The operation is simple and convenient. The preheating cover can be driven by a cylinder to move up and down to facilitate the placement of the ladle.

◇Wide range of application. The heating cover is connected by a short ring chain, which is suitable for heating a variety of high aluminum ladle.

◇Low noise. Using low-noise and high-pressure combustion-supporting fan, the noise is not more than 80 dB.
