This process slows the bubble ascent rate by 5-10 times and increases bubble quantity by 10-20 times. Compared to lance-based refining, this technology significantly enhances refining effectiveness, making it an essential tool for improving molten aluminum quality in aluminum foundries.
HYDEB's Rotary Flux Injector features a specially engineered rotor. During high-speed rotation, it creates a powerful stirring action within the molten aluminum, actively circulating the metal throughout the furnace. Typically, it can promote a complete circulation of the molten aluminum within 3 to 5 minutes. This significantly improves the homogeneity of the melt, prevents segregation, and achieves a high temperature uniformity, with a temperature variation as low as ±3°C.
